WiRED Construction is a multi-family and mixed-use specialized construction firm. Our team includes professionals with nearly 70 combined years of dynamic real estate experience. Jim Wohead, our Senior Partner, has completed over 7,000 units of multi-family housing in his career alone. Greg Norman and Blair Williams bring dynamic development experience and, with Jim, create a team uniquely capable of serving our clients’ development and construction needs.

In addition to building on behalf of WiRED Properties, WiRED Construction works for third party clients. For example, we are currently building 144 condominium homes at Pabst Farms in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin and are building out 55 units of apartments for Lighthouse Development in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. We are also providing Owner’s Rep. services for Scion Properties in their construction of a student housing tower at Marquette University. While our specialty is apartments and condominiums, and we have unparalleled expertise in the finishing of multi-family units, we are also mixed-use experts.
