Ravenna is the North Shore's newest condominium community. In 2006, WiRED Properties responded to a Village of Shorewood Request for Qualifications to develop a site on Oakland Avenue. Following a rigorous process, the WiRED team with Engberg Anderson Design Partnership was selected as having presented the most attractive proposal for the development of the site.

Comprised of 22 condominium homes and 7,500 square feet of new construction retail space, Ravenna will be a community unto itself.
