      1. I currently live in Oak Creek and would be interested in living in the apartments when they become available. Can you provide me updates or sign-up information when it becomes available?

      2. Hi, any updates as to the progress and when rent information will be available for Drexel Town Square? If you have any floor plans available yet please let me know, I’m very excited about your new property you are building in the area!

        • Heather – thank you for your enthusiasm! We are planning on breaking ground within the next 60 days, and anticipate delivering apartments in early 2016. We should have marketing floorplans available in the next couple of months. Please feel free to reach out to us any time, and we’d be pleased to sit down with you with our plans and to discuss pricing, etc.

      3. Please keep me informed, also, about the apartments. Are they apartments for rent, or condos for sale? I am very interested. Thank you.

        • Patti – thank you for your interest and enthusiasm!! These will all be apartments for rent. We believe these apartments will be unique in Oak Creek – bringing beautiful urban apartments that not only boast impressive features and finishes, but also have incredible retailers and urban amenities right downstairs. You can expect a press release and article soon, and we’ll be creating a website and posting marketing plans very soon.
